My passion for cooking, baking, and recipe creation sprouted from the endless recipes I would experiment with in the kitchen. After some research, I realized the importance of eating a cleaner, more balanced diet. Currently, although I do not follow a specific diet or meal plan, I tend to eat more plant-based meals, avoid packaged or processed snacks, and have limited my intake on foods I know won't make me feel good. I believe that intuitive eating is quite important as well, but at the same time, making sure that you are putting wholesome, good quality foods into your body without restricting too much.
